A kilo a month seems to be my bag. I try not to be disheartened but encouraged that slow is best. ultimately more sustainable as well as being better for my skin - gives it a chance to keep up. After all, I didn't gain weight even this fast.... it took years, creeping up by stealth and un-noticed!
