I'm confused.
I ate rubbish for the whole of this week.
I think stress is keeping my weight down!
89.9 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes, it's confusing, but there are so many factors involved. It's probably just a change in your routine as well as stress, hormones etc. Sadly, it's not an excuse to eat rubbish every week!
