Still losing water weight. I forgot how effective the low carb diets are for that.

My leg workout this morning was rough. The weights seemed heavier than they did in the past. Not sure if it was due to the run yesterday morning or just being on a low carb diet. Since I've only been on a LCHF diet for less than a week so I don't think I'm adapted yet.

I've also noticed that I've been hungrier lately. I find that protein is more satiating than fats, at least for me. I'm still going over my protein target but I think I'll stay with my current food choices so I don't exceed my calories.

I hope everyone has a great Thursday!

I agree, protein is more satiating than fat. Also while I've been travelling, I've been eating less protein and more carbs, and I have definitely been feeling more hungry. I guess it's because carbs are digested quicker.

Graphs looking good! Too much protein will stop you going/staying in ketosis though.

It's really remarkable how much more 'we' (the FSers) pay attention to nwo only what we're eating, but how our bodies respond to what we eat . . . that's something I've not done with previous weight loss attempts, but certainly makes the journey more interesting and enlightening!
