Starting today I will be tracking my exercise and sleep using the results from the day before on my FitBit. I already carry my food calories over to FitBit manually. I tried FitMess and encountered problems which I was unable to correct.
71.5 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sorry you're having problems with FitMess John. It seems to be working for me fine, strange.

I may give it a try later. I can't reset FitMess even it I delete my early account...

The guy who developed FitMess has a FatSecret account. If I get some time I'll search through old posts and see if I can find him, maybe he could help you get it straightened out.
