Mainly doing this to keep the weight off, keep trim and with a little exercise keep fit and defy gravity lol 😊. First weigh in 184. Let's go for 170-174 I'll be happy with as well as replacing some off that flab with muscle! Try and get back in my 32inch Jeans! Good luck to everyone else in reaching there goals, and that healthier life style.
