I got around to going through my closet this morning. It's not the first time I have had to sort the big items from those that fit. Today I had to get rid of about 15 dress shirts, 10 pair of dress pants and several sport coats. Somebody shopping at Goodwill will be looking sharp. Most of them still look new and many were favorites. My wife is a little too excited about going shopping for me...
71.2 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
