Phew - actually lost....1 and 3/4 lbs...so, still 3.5lbs away from my goal weight of 140... even if I can just lose one more pound before I leave for the US at the weekend I will be happy with what I have achieved :0)!! My pot has definitely gone and on the last hole in my belt - min two more gym sessions to go before I leave too - I can do this!!

Thanks Tracey - you are right.... I have felt so rough the past couple of days and I think it is partly because I have been exercising like mad and not eating - bad, I know :0( .... but old habits, perhaps they die harder than we think! So, gonna be a little easier on myself the next few days and get lot of rest!!

We take anxiety and stress out on our bodies....stop....breathe....remember you are in a good place now....you don't need to do that....let the excitement of what is happening take over instead :)
