Been trying to lower calories as a post holiday reset. Not really managing but will keep trying. Have a fabulous weekend FS. Still very cold up north but at least the sun is out today.
60.3 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
