I'm spiralling, and I can't stop!!!
53.9 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just keep here ! Keep your diary going… it will peak and then start to gently fall ( never as fast as it increases, but it will if you keep on)

Hi, We all go through those phases unfortunately . What i will point out from your diet calendar is on many days your protein intake is very low. Im not an advocate for hundreds of grams of protein a day but by aiming for 70 - 80 grams per day you would limit other macro nutrient intake IE Carbs and fat . You would also feel more satiated and probably not desire junk food as much. All the best
