Weighing in a day late as I forgot yesterday. Last weeks average daily intake was bit higher at 2153 cals per day but I have been quite active all week and weekend.
79.8 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
