Not really happy, dont get me wrong the weight loss is nice but i didnt stick to my plan every day. So i am starting this week with a greater sense of will to be 100% on target as regards effort with eating and exercise.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
