Diet followed well for the majority of days, had 2 or 3 days where i had a really bad chill, Whilst i didnt really go to town with the food in the way of overeating i could have made better choices. I Also did virtually no exercise for around 3 or 4 days.
Dont get me wrong im happy with the result but could kick myself for lacking self control.
