Well i have currently hit my lowest weight since i was around 30 years old ( 50 now btw )
The goal is 11st by Christmas with a maximum loss of 1.5 lb per week so im pretty much bang on track i may even come in a little lighter and lower bodyfat than expected :) .

so thats currently 70 kgs and i should dip to around 69.85 before Christmas .

No intention of overeating at Christmas either . in fact if the gym is open Christmas day , why not ;) .
