Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
I'd forgotten what my goal weight was and when I started. Good to get back and recognize how close I am to that first goal. I restarted in April and have lost just over 19 pounds. The biggedt thing is learning that I sometimes eat just because . . . Because it's time to eat, even though I'm not hungry. Because there's nothing else to do. Because there's too much to do. Because I have been good with my choices. Because I already messed up my choices . AND ON AND ON AND ON! Recognize the why.
