I am pretty shocked by this as i joined a challenge between friends and thought i would have a blow out weekend of food - and i did eat way more than i should, good food and junk. Although i have still lost a little weight i do feel pretty rough for eating that stuff.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

seems like the best plan to be honest. Weight fluctuates too much from day to day to make it worthwhile weighing on a daily basis.

i totally agree, water fluxuations are always causing ups and downs and tends to make me despondent if i c i lost for 3 days in a day and then gained for 2 days straight etc thats why i go for Mondays
