Woke up to this weight this morning so its moving in the right direction :) - i will have to monitor carefully so as to not lose too much too quickly now. Then A little phone alert , i'd won £140.00 on the lottery :) not a fortune but easily enough to make me smile . Have an awesome day everyone - All the best with your training and eating plans .
