Stayed the same this week. Slowly but surely they say . Think I might have to reduce My cals . Increase Hubbys as he lost a 1lb when on maintenance.
75 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
