final holiday of the year done --- back on track now goal date is Christmas day :) .
Yes i put a little weight on at around 8 lbs but that will move quickly as im focused as ever . on the positive side training during holiday saw me hit a few personal records at this age so pros and cons of up eating i suppose . Take it easy and stay strong everyone :)
