Dad's funeral was this weekend: now I'm set on making sure I don't face the same fate prematurely!

That was my reasoning to losing a bit of weight and getting healthier as my father passed away Boxing Day 😞

I lost my mum 4yrs ago, it never goes away but u learn to live without them, lots of love to u xx
