knew it would be up! I do so well for all my meals then for some reason on a evening I get so hungry n eat carbs or chocolate. I must do better !
82 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

Sorry if you already do this, but have you tried increasing your protein intake through the day? I find it keeps me from feeling hungry before bed

I'm the same although not so much hungry just habit of going for not so healthy options especially when my husbands on nights, think mines just boredom 😅

Tbh I actually think it's boredom and being greedy 🐷🐷 or I will be under calories n think oh it will be fine but i absolutely know that I shouldn't eat after 7pm n let my body fast till breakfast. I had done so well and lost 5 stone , I've put 2 back on🙈 really need to distract myself this week on a evening

I don't think I could go all day without food, id faint at work 🫣it sounds like the ideal solution then the food on a night's not so bad, but going to bed on a overloaded belly is that ideal?? I would make sure I'd had all my calories not having something all day. I'm 54 upside of all this is heartburn 😁

My apologies, my period of weakness, through my own lack of willpower, is from around 8pm when my husband goes to work, I thought u ment to have my main meal at the time when I'm prone to picking,.

I will take all your comments on board and maybe try the fasting throughout the day and have my main meal later . I always eat a good breakfast and often I'm rushing my lunch as I only have 20min at work . I have fasted through the day before and it's worked . I also tried exercise before bed but it's a no from me , I found I have too much energy afterwards and then struggle sleeping . Thanks guys x
