Another tiny drop in weight/fat . i added an extra 400 kcals to food yesterday as i have a heavy leg session today . Will keep a tighter reign on calories today as im visiting a friend tomorrow and although im cooking the food i know we will overindulge slightly however its a rare occasion that i do so im not going to feel guilty :) . Take it easy everyone - stay strong .
72.0 kg Lost so far: 32.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
