day 1 after 5000 kcal refeed 2 lb back down as expected , I may try 7 days until next refeed and even keep it lower approx double calories so around 3500 kcals . I'm currently on around 1650 kcals per day for the next month .if fat loss is more than 2 lb per week I will up kcals by around 200 per day until loss settles to an acceptable amount . if any woman reading this wants a slightly crazy 50 year old guy as a friend or more, well you know how to message 🤪😂
