So goal weight almost reached, 1.5 stone shed since November last year. Not as difficult to do as I had thought it would be but I had the added incentive of fighting diabetes too. Done by sheer will power and cutting out fats added sugars and reducing carb intake, and exercise of course, mainly walking but also yoga and my good old wii fit plus.

It seems my bloods are back to normal too, but I am still waiting to see the specialist nurse before I start congratulating myself on that count.

So what now. Well I still have to maintain this weight and continue with my new healthier lifestyle, but all being well I will now allow myself the occasional treat, but maybe just one chocolate at a time and not the whole box, like the bad old days.

Onwards and upwards, a new wardrobe beckons. In the meantime, everyone else hang in there, it is possible if you really want it.
60.3 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
