Despite my lack of exercise, this fasting diet is still working! This weigh in was the morning after a night out, so I'm pleased with this. Shin splints seem to have healed, so I'll try running this week too.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
