I am not doing Isagenix. Just increasing cardio, including weights and abs, and choosing healthier foods. No alcohol during the week, and limited on the weekends.
64.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
