Oh well, the biggest eating winter holidays and events are over. It time to get back on track but I must admit that I enjoyed myself. Here we go again... lol I'm ready, ready, ready!
75.4 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes these are our national days of gluttony! But I'm sure you'll recover quickly!

We took seven boxes of chocolates (gifts from friends and people we work for/with) to my son's for Christmas. There were seven of us there (and our dogs). We were there for 7 days and all the chocolates were gone - and that's not counting the chocolates they had, or baking my daughter-in-law had done (as of Dec 23 ... very happy), or the cookies and cinnamon buns that we'd baked. The thing is, everything tasted great, but most of the time, I felt like crap. :(
