welp this is ridiculous.

I haven't been making my bento box, not enough roughage mebbe? This morning I've gone and bought half a cabbage to snack on at my desk. Just for nibbles when required.

I forgot my meds yesterday, that may have had an impact. who knows.

Too many variables. I had a minute there where I thought "I'll just go get some carbs. blow out my diet, smash it and rebuild and hopefully that'll work'... but then I thought of the two weeks getting off carbs again, and the sugar addiction, and the diabetes, so here I am with a cabbage.

Yay.

:) thanks for your encouragement Melissa! I was reminded by another member that I'm hypothyroid as well recently... and so I have to be grateful that I'm staying in control in the main, at all at all. The theory I am going with is not to medicate the cholesterol or the hypothyroid, but to give myself another 6 months of brutally low sugars, and see if my organs can heal and rebuild back into a strong condition. So even tho I was about to say 'meh smash it and rebuild', you know, give a mega glucose challenge (lots of cream cakes) and break the pattern; - the reality is that remaining stable and committed to my course of action is what I actually need to do. The logic is strong. I just have to remember it. maybe I need to have stern words with my bathroom scales. Threaten violence. ;)
