Really pleased with this drop, after the bank holiday weekend where I definitely ate too much. That, combined with going to a gig on Tuesday, which involved a beer or three. I was expecting to weigh the same or a slight increase. Exercise was difficult as well as my new bike was damaged on arrival and it had to be sent back and a new one ordered.
