Finding it hard to motivate myself how do fellow members FS do it please?
Don't want to lose any more weight would only be losing muscle.
I want to tone the body especially the core any tips on what exercises I should be doing and what I should eat? Many thanks.

I think you should get booked up with one of the coaches at your Local Authority Leisure Centre.

Anne I booked saunas and signed up for the gym and had an induction and she advise me to eat more vegetables!

That's a start.........did she write you an exercise plan?

Nope she asked me what I wanted to concentrate on and showed me the bicycle , rowing machine and treadmill (I walk anyway)

Grab one of the other coaches, preferably an older one with more experience, and ask them to do you a programme focusing on core and strength. Some of the younger coaches dont have the life skills or people skills to deal with the 'older generation' and they will just stick you on a bike if you let them!

Unfortunately it is a municipal facility partly fund by the council, because of the swimming pool, yes a cheapskate.

But the rowing machine is good for the core if you get the technique right. Epic weigh in, BTW.

How about 10 mins on the bike (briskly) 10 mins on the rower, then 10 mins on the treadmill with an incline? Get someone to show you 'deadbugs' and do 20 of them to finish. Then 10 mins in the pool then sauna!

I've tried an 8 mile ride 30 mins on the bike plus 3500 meters rowing in 30 mins, I am going to add the mountain climb when I go next , I am not to sure I will do much treadmill I prefer walking along the seafront more to look at.
