The doctor visit went well even if it was a long wait. I think I'm going to like going to him. I also had my labs done while I was there so I go back in 2 weeks to review the results. I'm anxious to see how they have changed from my last set.

Tonight is another hour long session with the trainer. My legs are still a little sore from Tuesday so we'll see how this goes. Should be fun.

My macros for yesterday
F - 74.2%
Net C - 6.8%
P - 19%
Total calories - 2383
Deficit - 207

I had too many late night peanuts and went over my calorie range. My BHB was still 0.6 so it didn't knock me out of ketosis. My blood glucose was also a little higher. I think too much protein and carbs for the day. I need to be more careful with that.

One thing I read and if I can find the link I'll share - but a high intensity work out or training can actually cause glucose to be released from the liver which can cause a rise in glucose. When I was low carbing last time I had also joined a gym and was having a harder time with my glucose levels (not a BAD time with them, but just odd peaks) than when I had low carbed and not done any additional physical activity outside of brisk walks etc. Just thought I'd mention that in case it's applicable. At any rate it doesn't interfere with weight loss or overall ketosis in general.
