and back in control of my eating..... I have been wanting to lose more weight, but realise that I am falling for the media 'ideals', I am actually quite happy where I am and as a 50+er, I actually look quite healthy as I am.
63.9 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Things do change as we get older. I find post-50 weight management a lot harder than any other time of my life up until now. But we must battle on!!

It is hard, isn't it Anne , the slightest thing can cause a gain. I will be keeping a close eye on my stats to make sure I maintain, but without killing my enjoyment of life (food) 😋
