Hello, My weight is increasing again just because of I am not following my diet and eating everything without any restriction like oily and most calories diet and not recording it and also NO Exercise which is the main reason. I am in office from 8-AM to 5PM and at 5-30 its evening here so i can't go out that time which is the main reason my exercise failure.. But from today i decided to eat according to my diet plan and do exercise daily. InshAllah
