Things have been going well, praise GOD!!! Last week I made it to the gym three days, which is my weekly goal. It was the first time I met that goal in about six weeks. I also got out and worked in my yard a couple of days.  Maintenance has been going well due to continued logging and tracking here. BF 19.3

While using the food data base I have noticed inaccuracies. In these changing times many restaurants and manufacturers have reduced their potion and container sizes.  User errors by us have also contributed to some inaccuracies. I encourage all of us to thoughtful edit the data base as needed.

Have a great week Everyone!!!

Good job with the gym and yard work. I have updated a couple of items in the food data base, usually because it shows higher calories than what the package says.

@Fritzy, I have done the same thing after careful investigation and consideration. I think most of us have noticed the effect of inflation on the food industry. What used to be an egg muffin sandwich now looks more like an egg-bite sandwich. Boxes have become smaller and contain a smaller amount of product. The one thing that hasn't changed is our scales. They always tell the truth...

What I don't like is when I want to put produce in my food diary. For "russet potato" there are so many choices, but not just "russet potato" that I can find. There are all kinds of store brands, roasted potato (does that mean fat is added), with peel, etc. I basically just want an idea of what I am getting as far as calories, protein, etc.
