Not too bothered as I know how much weight can fluctuate and had a couple of meals out at weekend.
57.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@Anne_145 - I do too.. I used to get stressed about a gain but this really helps. Was it you who mentioned this concept on another chat.. if yes, thankyou :)

It was probably me, Cherry. I can go up and down a lot overnight. If I undereat the day before I weigh less the next day. Likewise, if I eat too much, my weight goes up overnight. It is the overall trend that is important.....last week.....last month...last year.....10 years ago.
