The festive slip has started 😩🙄😂. All resistance training remains a none starter, in pain and motivation has disappeared. Halloween chocolates, Bombfire toffee, Caramel, toffee apples and birthday cake. Many more sweet things constantly in front of me is all too much to ignore. Ahhhh! oh well, can be the new years resolution again lol 🤣. Need to get back on it. The dark side has me 😳👹😈
