😔 it’s just a losing battle at the moment. Completely lost.
87.0 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

It is a struggle sometimes, Ad. I've felt the same in the last couple of years, but I've had to remind myself that even one step forward and two steps back is still worth it. Don't give up! Hoping you keep taking those baby steps! We are here for you! xxx

It's like with everything else. But the difference is that this, is all you. so only you can change it. Find a cruise mode and when you feel strong, get back to it! you can do it!

What I like about Fs app, whenever I put lose or gain weight, it write “still to go” 😊. It just remind me weather I lose or win I still have to go until I finish. So take rest, go easy on yourself and continue your journey 💪🏻💪🏻 You have all my support mate

Sorry to hear you are struggling mate. Maybe try changing 1 thing and really sticking to it? For example I recently discovered Cantaloupe melons are extremely low calorie yet really filling. I'm able to get completely stuffed eating a whole Cantaloupe for breakfast yet it's only half the calories of my usual breakfast. (I've also stopped any sort of breakfast cereal because they are all so high in calories and I'm hungry half an hour later) Stay positive.

Thank you all for your support, I’ve read all the comments and appreciate the support and advice, it’s been almost a year since I put a lot of weight on and have struggled constantly to regain motivation to get back to a happy place. Just so tired of the frustration it causes, I’m broken but not completely out yet.

hey Ad, soz not msgd in while, I've had another shock bereavement, crazy bad news, mental&physical health bad, all routines out window, thyroid meds not been working and piled on weight, anxiety&depression in constant battle...but like you I'm down but not out, far too stubborn for that 😉 totally believe that 2023 is our year and we can do this Ad❤️ are u on Instagram or twitter?
