First weigh in since my jollies. Despite the slight loss I suspect I’ve gained fat and lost muscle mass. Put my back out towards the end of the holiday so I’ve not done any exercise for three weeks now.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
