After an 8 week holiday I reckon its time to start counting cals and weighing once a week again.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Thanks booty I have had a fantastic break. Yes I was expecting worse to be fair. Spent 5 weeks cruising up the East coast into Scotland and back on my dads boat then a week home followed by 2 weeks touring Wales in my campervan. In the last 2 weeks in Wales I did a very lot of walking including steep hill climbs every day despite eating and drinking too much seems to have thwarted the weight gain a bit. Plus first Sunday home yesterday I was out in baking heat riding a motor trial competition and didn't eat much. All adds up. 👍

Wow Dave...u certainly have been busy...motorbike trial..excellent, go you!! I'm on the west coast of Scotland, ul need to come up this way next time and yep...Good old Scottish hospitality with have u well fed and watered lol 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Booty they really did make us welcome. Eyemouth had the best bakery bread in the world unfortunately for me 🤣 . I have been up round Scotland Shetland islands and Orkney previously with him on the boat. Passed through Caledonian canal lock ness. We stopped in Oban that I particularly enjoyed few year ago. Love Scotland and probably be going next year with the motor home 👍

Can't go any further without correcting ur cardinal sin of Lock Ness....its Loch Ness Dave 😂😂 We do have some very beautiful places here, I also love Oban, Loch Lomond, Loch Awe, Findhorn....I was in Fraserburgh 2 month ago, beautiful...ahh I just love this place 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿❤️ definitely come back, drive up this West Coast and peep ur horn on the way past my house!

Booty will do. Oh and yes I really should know the difference between a lock and a loch 🤣. We went through Loch Ness and then up the locks at Fort Augustus so really no excuse lol.
