This is actually a loss from yesterday. Going in the right direction again
61.5 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you @meonadiet! Thankfully my fiancé is a massage therapist (among other things) so I’m feeling better and hopefully will be back in the game soon
