Sprained my SI joint (low back) which is a rude interruption to my workouts. 😒 Squishy got excited about putting a harness on, which I think means he is interested in going for a walk soon, but the harnesses we tried were too big or too small. He came with a collar only and I’d rather have a full harness on him for walking.

I tracked my calories all day today and kept to around 1450 which is a good amount for me to start losing again. Now to keep it up!
