It happens Heather sweetheart don’t be hard on yourself sometimes it’s not greed but underlining issue that have not come to the Surface yet it’s out of personal experience only now am dealing with issues that lead me to lead a life time of over eating

Thanks everyone, just not been on it at all, back to at least having a go, got to stop been lazy n making meals, my daughters been away my husband works daft shifts so I just eat crap instead of making a meal, xx 

I know the lack of motivation well. But you’re back in the game, and we are here to cheer you on. 

bloody hell Heather, it's hard work ain't it gal? I've not put any on but not lost any in weeks, I was being really good even tho I weren't losing but I've lost heart in it now. I'm visiting my daughter in just over a week n promised myself I'm gonna try really hard when I get back. (don't tell, but if Anne knew I'd get a right telling off) ssshhh keep it between us! 🥰🤣 xx
