Another slight weight loss, I can only put this down to lack of resistance training and obviously eating less, not having my protein shakes etc. sciatica still not good, now on prescription drugs which are helping a little.
75.2 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
