Cajor's Journal, 25 Aug 22

I've lost half a kilo due to major stress this past 10 days. things have eased off and I need to eat more. I felt bilious and a lump jn my throat as if I'd eaten gluten, which I haven't. I feel better in my head but symptoms still hanging around
62.4 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week

I am similar when stressed. I lose my appetite somewhat and what I do eat seems to burn up quickly. I get a horrible burning feeling just below my sternum which I imagine to be stress hormones pumping out!! Horrible. But it does take pretty major stress to set me off. Exercise helps me combat it.

try eating small bowls of cereal, cups of soup, custard, tinned rice, yoghurt,, smoothies and work it up slowly...I like smoothies coz u can chuck anything in there, fruit, veg, but because ur drinking it, it kinda tricks ur brain,,hope u feel better soon ❤️

Thank u for chatting to me. I am making smoothies and adding oats for fibre. You can't taste or feel the grains if you whizz them up. Much improved this weekend.

Tbh I can loose that in a day, I wouldn’t worry too much, I dropped 6 kilo is 4 weeks ( roughly) *intentional. Obviously I don’t know your circumstances but half a kilo isn’t much at all so don’t fear too much
