haven't weighed myself, guessing. I feel heavy and look more curvy on hips. not fat but I feel clothing tighter across my beam.

I've lost half a kilo due to major stress this past 10 days. things have eased off and I need to eat more. I felt bilious and a lump jn my throat as if I'd eaten gluten, which I haven't. I feel better in my head but symptoms still hanging around

so I've succeeded in starting to lose weight... just shy of 3k to go. it's not been bad at all. let's see if 1500Cal daily continues to do the trick
