Stayed the same but more than happy with that as 3lb loss last week 👍 feel so much better, not bloated and exercising every day. My usual pattern is a big loss followed by a gain so I’m really chuffed not to have done that again! Husband is 40 today so we are off to a stylist meat Brazilian buffet tonight so probably be a tad over 1550 calories 😆😆 but life is so for living! X x
