Great you are back on the wagon! Dont jump in with a crash diet, just start getting rid of any extras and takeaways for week or 2 then build on that.

Please don't beat yourself up. I think Anne is right. If you can make just one or two positive changes to take better care of yourself, then you can make those changes stick and build on from there.

It's Been one of those things where I eat something I shouldn't n binge thinking ill start again tomorrow but guess what tomorrow never comes, iv swopped all my biscuits for skinny whips, crisps for quavers and back to one of each as a treat, planning my meals and also smaller portions as my plates are a big as my husbands, it's breaking bad habits and cutting back, thanks for the support xx

Yes, sometimes we go through real slumps and we don't know why. It is frustrating but we must persevere regardless! Heather, I literally have to have half the portion sizes my OH has. It has taken me years to get to grips with that but it makes a big difference in the long term if you can do it.

I braved the scales today after weeks off plan. if it wasn't nailed down, it went down my neck! facing up to the gain is half the battle. we're all allowed a slip now and then.
