😤back to the beginning! Need to get a grip. Amazing how quickly weight piles on but takes forever to drop😭
54.2 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can definitely do this Suma, look how far you've come. It is definitely unfair how much harder it is to lose weight than to gain it, but you've got this 💜💪💚

yes. the trick is to reduced high weight gain is to continue with exercise even if you are being knowingly naughty. I put 1kg back on off my holiday and another during the Jubilee celebrations but managed to keep my exercise somewhat up there so the impact wasn't so drastic and I've managed to get back to 0.3KG lower than 2 weeks ago by upping my step count and lowering my calorie intake.

Suma. There is nothing wrong with you wanting food. You are incredibly tired with a demanding shift schedule. You are doing amazing 💗 you are amazing 💗 most of us could not function on your schedule 💗
