Keep chipping away! After 5lb loss last week I’m extremely happy with this 😊👍
Managed my first ever 6 mile run yesterday too x
69.3 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well done 🏃‍♀️, it takes a lot of mental strength and determination to do a run. I hope you feel a sense of accomplishment 👏

Thank you all 😊 I do feel really pleased with my running, I’ve got from running 1-2 miles at a time in January to now hitting a 5k Monday morning, 1.5 miles Wednesday morning and then currently a 6 mile Friday morning. I may be 1/2 stone heavier than last year but I’m definitely more fitter!
