Couldn't wait a month, but 15days n iv lost over 4lb def weighing in every 4 week from now. Its worked better for me than every week don't feel the pressure as much. Xx
72.5 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank u everyone, I think I feel great as its such a drop, sometimes I feel deflated a little when I try so hard n lose half lb in a week add it all together and I'm a happy chappy lol xx
