Having joined FS at the start of 2021 and losing about 1 stone in 9 weeks, I am now back to where I started, all weight back on. Even after my great achievement I couldn't quite beat the blues and was at my lowest at the end of the year. I have finally got my head in the right place to say: TODAY IS DAY 1 OF 2022 and I need to now focus on myself! So here goes my fellow FS pals, it starts today! I've actually just jumped on my kids Wii Fit and did 30 mins. Quite a lot of fun really. 💪😉
